My favorite chapters in ADWD are the Reek POVs, Theon’s own sort of redemption course and self exploration, post Ramsay mutilations. Great stuff. One of the more interesting things to come out of his chapters is finding out more about the Starks, the history of Westeros and specifically the North, concentrating on Barbrey Ryswell, Lady Dustin these days, Lady of Barrowtown, and her views on the Starks and a dropped hint about what started Robert’s Rebellion, aka ‘Southern Ambitions.
I find great joy when people do some artworks of less popular or known characters from the ‘A song of ice and fire world’, relating to Lady Dustin’s memories of her youth with Brandon Stark, Ned Stark’s older brother.
